Great location, been going here since I was a kid (along with my mother and friends like Danny and Johnny, etc.) The service is good, fast, staff is friendly and the food is good as well, the restaurant is clean and the prices are cheap. All in all, I give this White Castle location in Oaklawn, IL 5/5 stars.

Out of the dozens of times Ive eaten here, Ive only had 2 bad experiences. Both involved my order being screwed up (each time was when their screen readout didnt work) The second time, I actually emailed them and received a response as well as coupons for free white castles. Several years back I complained about the one on Archer & Kedzie and received comp as well. Good customer service model! This place has good food and onion rings. The only complaint I have is the price. Its getting too high folks! Lets not forget, these are white castles. $1.81 for a dbl cheese is KRAZEE. If the prices go up again, Im gonna start eating at Wendys more than WC.

I decided to finally give White Castle a try since I was out in Chicago. And it was the first and last time. This had to be the worst fast food I have ever had. The meat was very questionable and I just felt gross afterwards. I hate McDonald's, but I'd rather eat there then White Castle.

I've had white castle supermarket frozen section style. I wanted to try it "fresh" and ordered some burgers and their chicken rings. I enjoyed the chicken rings more than the burgers themselves. We arrived pretty late in the night and the staff working here were nice. They definitely could tell we were from out of town HAHA.

We went through the drive-thru and the wait was longer then I had expected it to be, being that its white castles. All i ordered was 9 piece chicken rings and mac n cheese bites. It is at a good location. In he middle of a big intersection.

Cant go wrong with White Castle. This location has a little museum inside with pictures and memorabilia. This location has been here forever. My parents used to take a ride out here from Chicago back in the early 40's for a burger. I miss the old building at this location. It has since been remodeled. Much smaller inside, but still Always good.

This place is a total ship wreck. Stopped in for a small order which took over fifteen minutes to serve up at the drive through. Between the customers changing their orders at the pick up window and windows that don't work in a Mercedes Benz, what a place. Tried to call the 1-800-THE-CRAVE to complain, but the call did not go through. I know that they are mostly teenagers working here, but come on, show some responsibility. By the time I got my food and got home (just a few blocks) it was cold.
